I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great for a city break, close to the station, but there are some safety concerns at night. My room was clean but definitely outdated and in need of a makeover. The service was friendly and helpful, which was a plus. The breakfast was quite poor and didn't meet the usual Austrian standards, but the views from the breakfast room were lovely.
